Reflection

I enjoyed this class. Whitin that, I like PowerPoint. I liked to make a slide, but to make sentences was difficult for me because I had to make easy words in order to understand easily for my classmates . When I did presentation, I felt the strain because I'm shy. But this was good experience for me. Dislike things are especially nothing, but I thought that it was hard to correct sentences from Japanese to English because Japanese has many means of words. I had a very good time!! Thank you, Simon :)

Career Support Center: A Job Support of Institution

A job support of institution has many institutions to support us when we do job hunting. For example, a bulletin board of job offers, file of job offers, consultation window, report which people have experienced, corner of computers and so on. Now, I introduce about three institutions.
First is a bulletin board of job offers. You can look the newest information about the job offers here.
Second is report. You can look many reports that people have experienced and can get many useful information and advice.
Final is consultation window. Here is the place where you can ask your worry about job hunting. If you have worries, you consult adviser. A job support of institution is very useful for you, so if you want to know about job hunting, you should go there.

Higashiyama Zoo

First, I talk about how to get to Higashiyama Zoo. There is in Higashiyama town. If you go to there, take the Higashiyama subway from Nagoya to Higashiyamakouen, and get off at Higashiyamakouen, then you walk 3 minutes from third exit and you can arrive there.
Next, I talk about main information about Higashiyama Zoo. There are kind of 550 animals there for example, Koalas, Elephants, giraffes and so on. Every Sundays, people can feed animals and touch of reptiles.
Finally, I tell you about opening times and closing times and price list. It is opened from at 9 in the morning to at 4:50 in the evening. The price is 500 yen but under junior high school age is free.

Octoberfest

Oktoberfest is the biggest festival in the world. It will be held for 16 days till the first Sunday of October at the Theresienwiese. Theresienwiese is 42 hectares. It is the same as 16 Tokyo Domes. More than 600 million people come to October Fest every year.
Next, I talk about history. At first, it was a marriage ceremony of Ludwig Ⅰ and a queen, and it became national fete day. Oktoberfest was a festival to celebrate brewing a new beer. In 1810, it was held for the first time, then it has continued for 197 years, but it was cancelled 24 times. For example, World War Ⅰ and Ⅱ.

Two Concentration Camps of Auschwitz

First, I introduce about the first concentration camp of Auschwitz. May 20th in 1940, SS took over building of Poland army. From 13,000 to 16,000 people were accommodated there. “ARBEIT MACHT FREI” is put up on entrance. Spelling “B” looks like upside down. This means modest resist of people. There is an experiment institution in building No.10, and building No.11, there is a wall of death.

Next, second concentration camp of Auschwitz. October in 1941, second concentration opened in Brzezinka village. This building was called “death asylum”, in 1944, 90,000 people locked up there. They were mostly Jews. In 1943, another asylum was built. It is especially plain and women were accommodated here.

Theme park "Parque Espana"

I introduce about two restaurants in the park.

First, I introduce about “Restaurant ALHAMBRA”.
This restaurant serves real Spanish food, and this is a relaxing atmosphere.
You can choose one from some set menus and you can enjoy dishes made in Shima.
These are a little expensive, but these are dericious.

Second, I talk about “Restaurant AMIGO”.
This is a cafeteria style restaurant and the concept is “everyone can drop off anytime.”
This restaurant has much kind of food, for example, fast food, pasta, stake and desserts.
The price in this restaurant is cheap and delicious.

If you have a chance to visit, you should eat at these restaurants.
